Fairmount House-Net Zero-Passive Home

Energy Design was the acting electrical contractor, solar installer and designer for this amazing remodel project. Taking a university area bungalow style home, and transforming it into a super energy efficient modern living space, that produces more energy each year then the building consumes.

48 Solarworld 255 modules were attached to the building roof via S-5! attachment and a Sunmodo racking system. LED lighting as well as ultra efficient controls and wiring methods allow each locally made Watt to be used wisely.

Lead Design: Mark Gillem, Urban Collaborative, University of Oregon
