We have done solar panels on two houses and a barn.
And now I have a battery back up in the barn.

I am writing to share with you how impressed I am with Jonah, John, Jeremiah, Deb and the others.
Jonah and John worked hard and smart. They are an intelligent duo.
Jeremiah and Deb add the glue and stability to the team. All communicate well.

You are so lucky to have these people! I can’t imagine your company Energy Design growing and succeeding without this talented crew.
You started the vision and you now have your own wonderful “back up system” with Jonah, John, Jeremiah and Deb. You are fortunate, as I know many business owners don’t have this nor do they have a good succession plan…or any plan for that matter.

I hope, as we all age, and therefore plan, that you have addressed the succession plan. You want your company to move forward for years to come and since you love your company, you need a plan. You are blessed with an outstanding and knowledgable crew. They are dedicated employees that care about a job well done and meeting a customer’s needs.

I couldn’t be more proud to have your equipment in my barn or have Energy Design a part of this farm.
They did an outstanding job!
